Ordering, MOQ, samples and lead times
Every order runs the same path: enquiry, quotation, samples, production order, QC, shipment. Quantities and lead times are policy; pricing, payment terms and Incoterms are quoted per model and volume.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is typically 50-100 units per model, depending on the product, and the white-label program starts at 100 units because branding covers housing, packaging and pre-configured APN settings. For a first order we can arrange a smaller mixed-model trial batch, so you test several models before committing volume to one.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders run 3-10 units and ship within 5-7 business days by express courier. Test them on your own SIMs, in your own vehicles, on the platform you intend to sell, and check the APN, band and installation settings first if a unit does not report as expected.
How long does production take?
In-stock models ship in 3-7 days, and custom or high-volume runs take 15-25 days after the deposit, depending on quantity and OEM work. Branded packaging and firmware changes sit at the long end, so plan launch dates backwards from the deposit. See OEM options for what can be changed.
Four ways to buy, and what each one commits you to
| Route | Typical quantity | Lead time | Branding | Returnable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sample order | 3-10 units | 5-7 business days | Standard unit | Evaluation stock |
| Stock order | 50-100 units by model | 3-7 days if in stock | Standard unit | 30 days if unopened |
| White-label run | From 100 units | 15-25 days after deposit | Your logo, colour, packaging, APN | Non-returnable |
| Custom / high volume | Quoted per project | 15-25 days after deposit | Firmware and hardware changes | Non-returnable |
Test before you commit
Order 3–10 sample units and evaluate them on your own platform or on Traqcare before placing a production order.
Products, 4G bands, SIM cards and protocols
The catalogue splits into vehicle and OBD trackers, battery and magnetic asset trackers, and video devices. Browse the full range, 4G trackers or dashcams and MDVRs.
Will your 4G trackers work in my country?
Band support is per model and printed in the specification table on each product page. The GT06 4G tracker lists separate SA, E and C band sets; the SA set covers LTE-FDD B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B28/B66 with GSM 850/900/1800/1900. Tell us the country and carrier before ordering and we confirm the right variant.
Do I need a SIM card?
Yes, every cellular tracker and dashcam needs an active data SIM, and most buyers use local SIMs because tariffs and support are local. Form factor is per model: the C30 OBD tracker takes a Micro SIM, the WD10 MDVR a standard SIM. White-label orders can ship with your APN pre-configured.
What does "no monthly fee" mean on some models?
It describes the hardware commercial model, not connectivity. The device is sold outright with no mandatory recurring charge from us in the unit price, and it can point at your own server. You still pay your operator for the SIM data plan, and hosted platform access is quoted separately.
Which protocols do the devices speak?
Trackers use GT06 and video devices use JT/T 808, both widely implemented, so the hardware is compatible with third-party platforms such as Traccar, Wialon, Navixy and GPS-Trace. The full frame layout, message types and parser notes are on the developer hub.

White-label branding and the Traqcare platform
White-label covers two layers: hardware (logo, housing colour, packaging, serial prefix, pre-set APN) and software (Traqcare on your domain and in both mobile apps). Either layer works on its own.
Background: white-label software, white-label hardware, and the build-versus-buy comparison.
Platform access is quoted per project — terms are on the reseller program page.
What can be rebranded?
Hardware branding covers logo, housing colour, packaging, serial prefix and a pre-configured APN from 100 units. Software branding puts your company name, logo, app name and domain on the Traqcare web app and on the iOS and Android apps, with functionality unchanged. Documentation sits at docs.traqcare.com, and the platform overview covers each module.
Can I run the hardware on my own server?
Yes, and many resellers do. Because the trackers speak GT06 and the video devices speak JT/T 808, they connect to a self-hosted Traccar instance or a commercial platform such as Wialon or Navixy without a translation layer. See the 2026 platform comparison for alternatives.

4G dashcams, MDVRs, data and storage
Video devices raise two questions trackers never do: monthly cellular data per vehicle, and days of footage the card holds. Both are arithmetic, and both have a calculator here.
Worked example, variables only. Let B = bitrate in Mbps, H = hours per day, D = days per month, C = channels uploaded, U = share of footage uploaded.
Monthly GB is approximately B / 8 x 3600 x H x D x C x U / 1000. Setting U to 1 models continuous streaming, which is why fleets record locally and upload events.
How much 4G data will a fleet dashcam use?
It depends on resolution, channel count, codec and whether you stream continuously or upload events only, so put your own configuration into the 4G dashcam data usage calculator. Codec choice and channel resolution are the two levers that move the number most, so model both before you size a data plan.
What size memory card or disk do I need?
Storage is per model. The WD02 AI dashcam takes two high-speed microSD cards up to 128GB each; the WD10 4-channel MDVR supports a 256GB SD card plus a 2TB SSD or hard disk. Work out recording days with the storage calculator.
Which models have ADAS and DMS?
The AI models do. The D9 multi-channel AI dashcam supports FCWS, LDWS, PCWS, HMW and FVSA, plus driver monitoring for smoking, yawning, eye closure, distraction and camera occlusion. The WD10 8-channel MDVR runs ADAS, DMS and BSD with passenger-flow counting for buses.
Certification, warranty and returns
Certification and approval requirements vary by market and by carrier, so check local regulations and ask us for the certificate list before the production order. Detail sits on the certifications page.
Which certifications do your products hold?
Across the range SKYWONDER manufactures to CE, FCC, PTCRB, IC, RoHS, REACH and ISO 9001 standards. Certification applies per model rather than to the whole catalogue, so ask for the certificate against the SKU you order, and check local regulations for what your market requires. Test reports are supplied on request.
Can you help with market-specific approvals?
We assist with additional certifications required for specific markets, including ANATEL for Brazil and TRA for the UAE, and provide the test reports the process needs. Approval itself is granted by the local authority. For India read the AIS-140 guide, for Brazil the ANATEL guide.
What does the warranty cover, and what can I return?
Hardware carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects; ask us for the warranty terms that apply to your order. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened standard products; the buyer pays return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. Custom and white-label products are non-returnable.
Support, documentation and integration
Support splits by audience: installers need setup material, developers need protocol and API documentation, and resellers on the partner program need an escalation path. Sales runs on WhatsApp, where our buyers already work.
Where is the technical documentation?
Platform documentation is at docs.traqcare.com, integration material for engineers sits on the developers page, and manuals, setup guides and troubleshooting articles are in the support centre. Protocol detail for anyone writing a decoder is in the GT06 guide.
Do you train our team?
We provide technical integration support, firmware updates and spare parts, and volume accounts get a dedicated engineer assigned for escalation. Manuals, setup guides and troubleshooting articles in the support centre cover device configuration and installation, so ask your account contact for anything the documentation does not answer.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for Skywonder GPS trackers?+
MOQ is typically 50-100 units per model, depending on the product, and the white-label program starts at 100 units because branding covers housing, packaging and pre-set APN. For a first order we can arrange a smaller mixed-model trial batch, so you compare models in your own market before committing volume. The MOQ page sets out the quantities per model.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Sample orders run 3-10 units and ship within 5-7 business days by express courier. Test them on your own SIMs, in your own vehicles and on the platform you plan to sell, and check the APN, band and installation settings first if a unit does not report as expected.
How long are production lead times?+
In-stock models ship in 3-7 days, and custom or high-volume production runs take 15-25 days after the deposit is received, depending on quantity and the level of OEM work. Branded packaging and firmware changes sit at the long end, so plan a launch date backwards from the deposit. Order quantities per model are on the MOQ page.
Do Skywonder trackers work on my local 4G network?+
Band support is per model and printed in the specification table on each product page, with separate band sets per region. Tell us the country and carrier before ordering and we confirm the correct variant. Every cellular device also needs an active data SIM.
What can be white-labelled, hardware or software?+
Both, and either one on its own. Hardware branding covers logo, housing colour, packaging, serial prefix and pre-configured APN from 100 units. Software branding puts your name, logo, app name and domain on the Traqcare web app and the iOS and Android apps.
How is the Traqcare platform priced?+
Access is quoted per project rather than published, and the quotation sets out what is included. No figures appear on this site because commercial terms are agreed case by case with each partner. Send a device count and target market for a written quotation.
Which certifications do the products hold?+
Across the range Skywonder manufactures to CE, FCC, PTCRB, IC, RoHS, REACH and ISO 9001 standards. Certification applies per model rather than to the whole catalogue, so ask for the certificate against the SKU you order. We also assist with market-specific approvals such as ANATEL for Brazil and TRA for the UAE.
What warranty comes with the hardware?+
All devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects; ask us for the warranty terms that apply to your order. Keeping a few spare units per hundred installed avoids a field swap waiting on a shipment from Shenzhen. Order quantities are on the MOQ page.
Can I return products that do not suit my market?+
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened standard products. The buyer pays return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. Custom and white-label products are non-returnable, because branded housings and packaging cannot be resold, which is why we push every buyer to validate a model with samples first.
