Flutter Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, writes clean and efficient code, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Optimize application performance for smooth user experience across devices
• Implement state management solutions using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily standups
• Stay updated with latest Flutter updates, packages, and mobile development trends

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional mobile development experience with at least 2 years in Flutter
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
• Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, and material design principles
• Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM)
• Knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Experience with automated testing (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests)
• Understanding of GraphQL and state management for complex data flows
• Knowledge of platform-specific features and native plugin development
• Experience with responsive design and adaptive layouts for tablets
• Contributions to open source Flutter packages or projects
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools
